We sponsor rewarding cultural immersion and professional development experiences designed to increase an employee's ability to deliver valuable contributions to host companies.
Through our subsidiary, Aramco Training Services, we direct technical and professional training programs that place Saudi Aramco employees with U.S.-based companies for up to 18 months. This allows companies to host highly qualified Saudi Aramco professionals who in turn contribute their expertise to enriching the host company's business.
Companies that participate in this program host professionals who have been identified through a selective screening process, and then matched to specific companies based on the candidate's ability to make meaningful contributions.
Aramco Training Services is a Houston-based, U.S.-registered company and a sponsoring agency within the U.S. Department of State's International Exchange Visitor Program.
