Coral Reef Stewardship Fund
We help to support the restoration and protection of coral reefs in the U.S., the Caribbean and Mexico.
Coral reefs are home to countless marine species and act as a natural barrier against coastal erosion. Through grants to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Coral Reef Conservation Fund, we are supporting restoration and protection efforts of coral reefs in the U.S., the Caribbean and Mexico. Initiatives include:
Enhancing reef resilience and marine biodiversity in Florida, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico. In 2023, we supported nine projects designed to restore approximately 22 acres of coral reefs throughout the U.S.
Supporting groundbreaking science in coral ecosystem health and resilience-based management including the largest coral reef restoration effort in U.S. waters (Florida Keys).
Partnering with local communities to implement hands-on conservation and education programs.
Across wetlands, urban forests, and coral reefs, we leverage partnerships, volunteerism, and strategic funding to help conserve ecosystems, enhance biodiversity, and create lasting impact.
