These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Aramco Services Company and any affiliates under our control (collectively, “Aramco Americas” or “we”), governing your access to and use of the websites (including but not limited to https://americas.aramco.com/), mobile applications, and any other online service that link to or refer to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
Before using our Services, please read these terms carefully. By using the Services, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services including any of the affiliated mobile applications. This includes downloading and installing on your device.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY, AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
General
We may change the Terms or modify any features of the Services at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms of Service” link at the bottom of the Services' home page. If you continue to use the Services after changes are posted you will be deemed to have accepted the change.
About the Services
The Services give you information about us and about the other companies in our group together with the services they offer. The Services are an information source. You cannot purchase products or services from our Services directly.
All products and services provided by members of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (“Saudi Aramco”) group of companies are subject to the terms and conditions and disclaimers of the applicable agreement governing their supply and use.

Your use of any website of another Aramco Americas entity and/or Saudi Aramco group member (“Local Website”) shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Local Website. Please read carefully any Local Website terms and conditions before using the Local Website.
Compliance With Applicable Laws
As a condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree that you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws and any conditions or restrictions imposed by these terms. The Services are offered for your personal and non-commercial use only, and you are prohibited from using, and are expressly not granted the right to use, the Services for any other purpose.

We take usage of personal data seriously. We understand that you will want to know how we use your personal data. Our privacy statement sets out information about how we use your personal data. This may be updated from time to time and we would recommend you review this regularly and in the event of any changes.

The Services (including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, video, audio content, and computer code) are protected by copyright as collective works or compilation under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. All individual articles, photographs, graphics, video, audio, and other content or elements comprising the Services are also copyrighted works. All copyrights in the Services are owned by us or by our third-party licensors to the extent permitted under the United States Copyright Act and all international copyright laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you are prohibited from publishing, reproducing, distributing, publishing, entering into a database, displaying, performing, modifying, creating derivative works, transmitting, or in any way exploiting any part of the Services, without the express prior written consent of Saudi Aramco and Aramco Americas.
You may use information on Aramco America products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by Aramco America for downloading from the Services, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for informational purposes and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media (unless otherwise stated explicitly on the Services), (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
Trade and Service Mark Rights
All rights in the product names, company names, trade names, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, product packaging, and designs of the Services, whether or not appearing in large print or with the trademark symbol, belong exclusively to Aramco Americas, its parent, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and/or its licensors, and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution, or confusing or misleading uses under national and international trademark and copyright laws. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited, and nothing stated or implied on the Services confers on you any license or right under any patent or trademark of Aramco Americas, its parent, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, or any third party.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not access or use, or attempt to access or use, the Services to take any action that could harm us or any third party, interfere with the operation of the Services, or use the Services in a manner that violates any laws.
For example, and without limitation, you may not:
- impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation or the origin of materials you transmit;
- engage in unauthorized spidering, “scraping,” or harvesting of content or personal information, or use any other unauthorized automated means to compile information;
- take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our network or infrastructure;
- use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services or any activity conducted on the Services or attempt to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach the security of any system or network;
- attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services;
- distribute any unauthorized materials or advertise or promote goods or services without our permission (including, without limitation, by sending spam);
- frame, deep link to, or mirror the Services; or
- engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Services, or that, in our sole judgment, exposes us or any of our users, affiliates, suppliers, or any other third party to any liability, damages, or detriment of any type.
Violations of these Terms may result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate violations of these Terms and we may also work with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the Terms.

For your convenience, the Services may contain links to other websites, including some sites administered by Aramco Americas, or administered by other companies on behalf of Aramco Americas, as well as to sites unrelated to Aramco Americas. Each website should be checked for its own terms and conditions of use and privacy statement. Aramco Americas is not responsible for the practices or the content of linked websites.
A link on the Services to any other website not administered by or on behalf of Aramco Americas does not imply (1) that Aramco Americas agrees with or endorses the information, data or representations contained therein; (2) that Aramco Americas sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with or otherwise connected with such site, or with the company(ies) that operate it; or (3) that Aramco Americas has authorized the linked site to use any names, logos and trademarks or copyrighted material of Aramco Americas or its affiliates.

THERE MAY BE DELAYS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, AND INACCURACIES IN THE NEWS, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES. ARAMCO AMERICAS DISCLAIMS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY AND ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. IF YOU RELY ON THE SERVICES AND ANY MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL ARAMCO AMERICAS OR ITS AFFILIATES OR OTHER ARAMCO PARTIES OR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKED SITE, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF ARAMCO AMERICAS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aramco Americas and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors (collectively, “Aramco Parties”), from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of the Terms. We reserve
the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Services. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
Applicable Law
These Terms and any claim relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without reference to any conflict of law principles. By using the Services, you waive any claims that may arise under the laws of other states, countries, territories or jurisdictions, and you consent to venue in and jurisdiction of the state federal courts sitting in the State of Texas.
Termination
Aramco Americas may terminate this agreement for any reason at any time. Aramco Americas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the Services, with or without prior notice. Otherwise applicable sections of the Terms shall survive termination. In addition to any termination rights, we reserve the right to enforce and prosecute any violations of these Terms.
Supplemental Terms
In connection with your use of the Services, you may be asked to consent to policies or terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Please read these supplemental policies and terms carefully before making any use of such portions of the Services. Any supplemental terms will not vary or replace these Terms regarding any use of the Services, unless otherwise expressly stated.
No Waiver
The failure of Aramco Americas to enforce any provisions of the Terms or to respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive its rights to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of the Terms or to act with respect with similar breaches.
No Partnership
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Aramco Americas as a result of these Terms or your access to and use of the Services.
Class Action Waiver
Any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor Aramco Americas will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.
Entire Agreement and Severability
Unless otherwise specified herein, the Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aramco Americas and govern your use of the Services. In the event that any or any part of the
terms contained in these Terms shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
