Aramco Graduate Program

The purpose of the Graduate Internship Program (GIP) is to attract and develop highly motivated graduate-level students pursuing advanced degrees by providing a meaningful experience within different business functions across the organization. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to industry-leading projects, the GIP creates value for both the organization and participants by strengthening technical expertise, accelerating professional development, and supporting long-term company objectives. 

Participation Criteria

• Students must be enrolled in and actively pursuing a graduate-level degree with relevant coursework or previous internship related to the opportunity.
• Has not graduated prior to the internship end date.
• Has not participated in more than one prior Aramco Americas internship program.
• Participants must be authorized to work in the U.S. or will be able to obtain work authorization prior to the start of the internship.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Program Guidelines

• The internship program is offered year-round and is designed as a 12-week developmental experience. Assignments may be extended once, based on business needs and program requirements, for a maximum total duration of 24 weeks.
• Student participants are limited to working a maximum of 30 hours per week.
