Cooperative Education Program

The Cooperative Education Program (Co-Op) is designed to attract and develop highly motivated undergraduate students for opportunities within Aramco Americas and its U.S. subsidiaries. Students are placed through a selective process and are provided with a hands-on experience that bridges academic learning and real-world business challenges. Participants gain valuable industry exposure, develop professional skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects that support organizational objectives.

Participation criteria

• Students must be enrolled in and actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with relevant coursework or a previous internship related to the opportunity.
• Has not graduated from an undergraduate university prior to internship end date.
• Has not participated in more than one prior Aramco Americas internship program.
• Participants must be authorized to work in the U.S. or be able to obtain work authorization prior to the start of the internship.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Program guidelines

• The internship program is offered year-round and is designed as a 12-week developmental experience. Assignments may be extended once, based on business needs and program requirements, for a maximum total duration of 24 weeks.
• Student participants are limited to working a maximum of 30 hours per week.
